"Living Your Best Life" Healthcare Initiative

As long as I can remember, I've been in motion... simply put, it's a big part of who I am. I began training in gymnastics and dance at the early age of four. And I spent a decade  of my life dedicated to competing  USA Gymnastics competitively. I have done elite level training ranging from twenty to thirty hours per week. As a result, I earned many regional, state, and national titles. Unfortunately due to an injury, I no longer compete in gymnastics but my health and fitness goals have not decreased. Currently, my workout regime includes Yoga, CrossFit and running. I am still moving and I am still reaping the benefits of having good health. "My life experiences have taught me the importance of having a healthy and strong body, being nutritionally sound and connecting the two in order to have balanced mental wellness".

 

My healthcare initiative entitled, "Living YOUR Best Life" focuses on the importance of incorporating regular and meaningful exercise along with healthy food choices to help prevent chronic illness to achieve optimal fitness and overall heart health. This is my passion, and I consider it a privilege and an honor to share that passion with others.
